Purpose of the Job
To support Facility department team in all related activities.

This post reports hierarchically to Facility & Training manager.
Responsibilities
the mission consists of supporting the current Facility team with the following:
- Daily Facility activity, Supporting in checking & planning Facility items (Pentry, stationary..etc.) and managing Facility cleaners and drivers activities.
- Facility management scope includes 3 main sites (Depot L4&6 – Depot L5 – Two Depots for L3).
- Support in Creating and updating Facility frequent reports, presentations.
- Support with the interface within the Consortium, also with external partis.
- Participating in other activities assigned by Training & Facility manager.
- Ensuring the Safety, Environmental, and Health requirements when planning any training to be perform based on ALSTOM standers.
Educational Requirements
Facility management Diploma holder or similar qualification.
Languages: English & Arabic.
Desired Knowledge / requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid driving license, with the capability to travel to various locations within Riyadh as required.
- Capability to supervise site activities related to facility.
- Understanding Facility management scope and lead related initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Safety team and other departments for coordinated activities.
- Good Microsoft office skills such as: Excel & word, other software’s is a plus.
- Logical and organized.
- Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.
- Be courageous by being accountable and proactive.
- Show care by listening carefully, seeking feedback.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
