Facility Engineer

Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled Facility Engineer with strong experience in residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will handle technical maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and ensure all facility-related tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations for residential & commercial properties
• Manage and support MEP, HVAC, and Civil technicians during maintenance activities
• Conduct routine inspections and identify required maintenance or corrective actions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution
• Support renovation, fit-out, and in-unit maintenance works
• Coordinate with clients, provide updates, and close job requests on time
• Assist in preparing quotations, estimations, and technical reports
• Monitor material usage, tools, and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards during all site activities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Facility Engineer or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and civil works
• Hands-on experience in both residential and commercial facilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, maintenance reporting, and documentation
• UAE driving license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering
• FM/HSE certifications are an added advantage
