Job Description:
We are hiring an IT & Facility Support Executive with hands-on experience in IT hardware and network maintenance. The candidate will manage daily system, printer, and facility-related issues while also assisting the back office as a Document Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle troubleshooting for systems, printers, and network issues.
• Maintain and monitor office IT infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support the Back Office team in document control and record management.
• Ensure data security and smooth daily operation of all IT systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT or Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware and network support.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills with knowledge of Hindi.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED2,750.00 per month
