We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer who can conceptualize and develop ethnic and contemporary womenswear collections. The ideal candidate should be strong in trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and embellishments—especially in luxury ethnic wear.

Key Responsibilities

• Research seasonal trends, colours, silhouettes, and market preferences.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, collection themes, and design concepts.
• Create accurate Khakhas, tech packs, and detailed design documentation.
• Select fabrics, trims, prints, and develop embroidery swatches.
• Coordinate daily with sampling, masterji, karigars, and production teams.
• Oversee sample development from sketch to final prototype.
• Ensure designs are production-friendly, cost-efficient, and fit brand standards.
• Follow up with production to ensure correct execution, quality, fit, and finishing.
• Monitor the workflow to ensure timely sample and bulk production deliveries.
• Maintain design boards, fabric libraries, and production design records.

Pay: ₹11,874.41 - ₹20,000.22 per month
