Fashion Designer – Men’s Clothing Brand (Full-Time / Remote)

We are a fast-growing Men’s Clothing Brand, focused on modern, elegant, and culturally inspired fashion. We create stylish men’s apparel based on carefully planned themes, seasonal concepts, and brand-driven aesthetics.

We are now looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to upcoming collections.

Position Overview

The Fashion Designer will be responsible for designing men’s apparel, creating mood boards, developing concepts based on given themes, and coordinating with production teams to ensure quality and creativity.

This role requires strong design skills, knowledge of men’s fashion trends, fabric understanding, and the ability to think creatively while meeting brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design men’s clothing (Eastern & Western) according to brand-approved themes
• Create detailed sketches, digital designs, and technical drawings
• Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts for each collection
• Select fabric, trims, cuts, and styles suitable for the season
• Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams
• Revise designs based on feedback to achieve final approval
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
• Monitor trends in men’s fashion to bring fresh ideas and innovations
• Prepare samples and oversee trial fittings (if on-site)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (preferred but not mandatory with strong portfolio)
• 1-3 years of professional experience in fashion design
• Strong portfolio in men’s wear (Eastern / Western / Fusion)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3D
• Excellent understanding of fits, fabrics, stitching techniques, and finishing
• Strong sense of creativity, detailing, and trend awareness
• Ability to design based on brand-provided themes and concepts
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in streetwear, formal wear, kurta/pajama, shalwar kameez, jackets, or men’s fusion wear
• Experience in textile prints and embroidery design
• Knowledge of pattern making and fabric sourcing
