Job Description:
We are hiring a Female Office Coordinator / Project Management Intern to assist with administrative operations and support project management activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn office coordination, project tracking, and management processes. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily administrative and clerical duties.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring small-scale projects.
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and task lists.
Support communication between departments and project leads.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office.
Manage scheduling, filing, and office coordination tasks.
Requirements:
Female candidate only.
Basic knowledge of project management concepts preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Fresh graduates, Intermediate or students are encouraged to apply.
Location: Office No. 6, Afllah Bank, 1st Floor, Near Zainab Tower, Model Town Link Road, Lahore
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
