We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female Operations Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of tasks, managing documentation, and supporting overall team operations. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic work environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls and send emails to follow up on missing editions.
  • Coordinate with teams to confirm delivery or non-delivery of content.
  • Maintain accurate records in MS Excel.
  • Prepare work reports as required by the Supervisor.
  • Conduct daily meetings with teams and Supervisors to review work progress.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
