Location: Lahore (New Garden Town Barket Market Lahore)
Job Type: Full-time (Office time 12:30 PM (afternoon till 9:00 PM at night) Monday to Friday
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Female Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Director’s emails, calendar, and communications.
  • Inform and remind the Director about upcoming meetings, appointments, and important events.
  • Coordinate with managers and teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication regarding meetings.
  • Handle and follow up on tasks assigned by the Director, ensuring timely completion.
  • Use company software systems to manage and track assigned tasks (training will be provided).
  • Coordinate with internal teams on behalf of the Director to monitor work progress.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Director on ongoing projects, team updates, and task status.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Female candidate only.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
