Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and well-presented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preferably within the fit-out, interior design, construction, or related industries., strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and the confidence to represent the company in client-facing interactions. The Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within preferably within the fit-out, interior design, construction, or related industries..
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitch meetings with prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Gather client requirements and coordinate internally with design, technical, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research & Reporting

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the fit-out industry.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools or internal systems.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales, design, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support in developing marketing materials, attending industry events, and participating in promotional activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fit-out, interior design, construction, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes and project cycles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor in client-facing settings.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
