Fiber to the Home Manager(FTTH)

Requirement:

Salary Bracket: 110k-130k
Experience: 5-6 years

JDs :

• Responsible for O&M of GPON, metro and metro access, carrier networks
• Responsible for rehabilitation and revamping of OFC network for expansion and up-gradation.
• Develop contingency Plan for network diversion and traffic routing in case of emergency situation and disaster.
• Ensuring Network Resilience and Outage reduction through ring completion.
• Attending corporate, carrier, metro & metro access low power issues for improvement of CHI
• Arranging fiber pairs for corporate, carrier, Ufone, transport network elements/customers.
• Close coordination with Govt departments/authorities for protection of network during planned/unplanned activities.
• Preparation and submission of p-deposit bills to civic agencies for relocation of route damaged during development works.
• Replacement of problematic aerial sections for reduction of cable cuts.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly cable cut/PMR/analysis reports.
• Performing PMR activities including repair of damaged handholes, placement of new handhole covers, replacement of underground joints, removal of sags, securing of aerial joint boxes and placement of loops at maximum height.
• Updating GIS/KMZs with new cable routes (corporate/carrier/metro/metro access)
• Timely replenishment of store / repairing of tools for smooth network O&M.
• Improvement of SQIs through PMR /network rehab and closing of quality audit observations.
• Conducting PAT of GPON/Carrier/Corporate/Transmission NEs before taking over.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
