As we scale our technical footprint, we’re seeking a hands-on Field Engineer to lead and supervise field installations and ensure seamless deployment of our solutions.

Job Summary

The Field Engineer will oversee and guide field technicians in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of GPS tracking devices, fuel monitoring systems, and other IoT-based technologies. This role demands strong technical acumen, field leadership, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field teams during installation of tracking devices, fuel sensors, and related hardware
• Conduct site assessments and ensure proper system configuration and integration
• Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during and after installations
• Maintain installation quality standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Train field technicians on installation procedures, system diagnostics, and client handling
• Document installation reports, system configurations, and client feedback
• Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any post-installation issues
• Collaborate with R&D and software teams to improve system performance and deployment efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in field engineering, preferably in IoT, tracking, or technical service firms
• Strong understanding of GPS tracking systems, fuel monitoring technologies, and sensor integration
• Ability to read technical diagrams and system schematics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Willingness to travel across regions for field assignments
• Familiarity with mobile apps, dashboards, and basic networking is a plus
