Field Outreach Officer

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Outreach Officer to manage institutional visits, student interactions, and field activities across Kerala. The role includes conducting sessions, participating in events, and generating quality leads for the admissions team. A short self-introduction video is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per plan
• Conduct student interactions, workshops, and awareness activities
• Build relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and local contacts
• Collect accurate student/parent data and update the CRM
• Support offline marketing such as brochure/poster distribution
• Coordinate with local agents and community partners
• Generate leads through field activities and referrals
• Participate in expos, fairs, and campus programs
• Identify partnership opportunities with institutions
• Track performance of visits and events
• Work with Sales/Counseling teams for lead follow-up
• Drive walk-ins to centers through field outreach
• Maintain daily records of visits and leads
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Support internal teams for campaigns and outreach

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 0–3 years of field work or outreach experience
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Comfortable with travel and independent field activities
• Ability to meet monthly targets
• Familiarity with CRM, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
• Self-introduction video submission is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
