We are looking for young, energetic, dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with 1+ year’s rich experience to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Candidate must have 1+ year’s experience and will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with clients, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Must have the ability to identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (calls, networking, referrals, online platforms).
  • Candidate must conduct property viewings, site visits, client meetings and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and market trends.
  • Must have the ability to negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

· Showcase properties, negotiate deals, and close sales.

· Provide exceptional customer service and market expertise.

· Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

· Must have good negotiation skills.

  • Candidate should have good communication skills with positive attitude.
  • Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.
  • Should have the ability to work in a team and individual.
