Microsoft 365 & Intune: Lead migrations for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; configure and manage Microsoft Intune to ensure endpoint compliance and security; provide end-user training sessions on Microsoft 365 tools to help clients maximize productivity.


  • Windows Server Administration: Install, configure, and manage Windows Server 2016 and newer; oversee Active Directory, domain controller upgrades and migrations, and Remote Desktop Services (RDS); diagnose and troubleshoot server performance issues; perform regular server patching to maintain security and reliability; handle new or physical server hardware configuration and troubleshooting.

  • Endpoint and Network Support: Troubleshoot issues with desktops (Windows 8-11 and macOS), printers, and performance-related concerns; configure and resolve network issues including firewalls (such as FortiGate and SonicWall), VPNs, and web filtering policies; manage wireless network access points and controllers (Aruba, Ubiquiti, etc.); configure L2 switches and VLANs to optimize network segmentation and performance.

  • Security & Backup Management: Maintain endpoint security utilizing tools like Microsoft Defender, Acronis, and SentinelOne; configure, monitor, and troubleshoot backup systems using Veeam and Acronis to ensure data integrity and recoverability.

  • Cloud & Virtualization: Deploy and manage virtual machines within Microsoft Azure; install and configure virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V to support scalable IT environments.
