Finance Business Controller

• Ensure compliance with Nokia's accounting principles and Sarbanes Oxley policies.
• Reduce working capital needs through systematic strategies.
• Act as an advisor and mentor for staff and stakeholders.
• Consult on project setup and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Develop and implement recommendations to improve processes and drive innovation.

Key Skills and Experience Must-Have

• 7 years of relevant experience in finance, with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis.
• SOCPA certification or equivalent professional designation.
• Proven track record in identifying and mitigating financial risks and opportunities.
• Experience with compliance standards including Nokia accounting principles and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) policies.
