Job Summary:

As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that will drive our business forward. You will also be in charge of managing the day-to-day financial activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to support decision-making
- Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic plans
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular financial audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and investors
- Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations, making recommendations for improvement as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
