Job Description:

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented professional to support our Finance Manager in managing day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to financial reporting, documentation, data handling, and coordination within the department while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Finance Manager in routine financial operations and departmental coordination.

- Prepare, maintain, and verify financial documents, records, and reports.

- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

- Support budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis activities.

- Liaise with internal departments to collect and compile required financial data.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit standards.

- Provide administrative and technical support for all finance-related tasks.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity.

- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
