We are looking for a driven Accounting Intern with a basic understanding of GAAP and financial principles and terms who is ready for an immersive, real-world experience. Under the supervision of our staff, the Accounting Intern can expect to participate in the preparation of journal entries and financial reports, analyse actual financial data, learn more about bookkeeping software, and assist with other accounting activities. You should be a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Check daily sales summary in one Drive and cross check with POS and record in Zoho books.

· Verify deposit slips with bank statement and record in Zoho books.

· Cross verifies original purchase invoice with share point and update all bills, check rates, product details and vat numbers and record in Zoho books.

· Bank account reconciliation in Zoho books

· Posting petty cash and other expense entries in Zoho books

· Preparing P&L and Balance sheet and other MIS reports

· Recipe analysis and updating in the POS system.

· Supplier cost price analysis and revisiting the purchase price in POS system.

· Inventory report review and analysis in POS system

· Consumption Report review and analysis in POS system

· Wastage report review and analysis in POS system

· POS deployment for all the F&B entities

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ongoing bachelor’s degree/Post Graduation in business operations, Finance or marketing and other related fields.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills when dealing with the suppliers or purchase.
• Leadership and managerial skills are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
