Xcentric is Hiring Finance Manager (Software House Experience Required 3 to 5 years)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Monitor cash flow and ensure financial stability.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions.

Lead and mentor the finance team.

Oversee accounting operations, including billing and payroll.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage procurement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

3+ years of financial management experience.

Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Proficient in financial software and MS Office.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the tech and marketing sectors is a plus.
