Finance Manager - Managed Services (Al Khobar)

Join PwC's Finance Service Tower as a Finance Manager, overseeing the day to day operations of finance engagements, ensuring service level performance, and driving continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day delivery for finance engagements, overseeing key deliverables and outputs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions across end to end finance processes.
  • Understand financial reporting processes, risk and controls; complete quality reviews and audits.
  • Accountable for SLA and OLA compliance within the engagement team.
  • Apply analytical and financial modelling skills and interpret financial data.
  • Manage own workload and that of engagement teams, including reporting on progress and escalations.
  • Monitor team performance, coach and mentor members, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to improve client and PwC efficiency.
  • Help implement and adapt to new or changing processes quickly.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement corrective actions and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support execution of finance managed services plans and programs to improve team performance.
Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant with a minimum of 8 years' experience in accounting or financial reporting.
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a complex process environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting systems, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet.
  • Experience with financial reporting processes, risk and controls.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP; insurance or reinsurance accounting desirable.
  • Knowledge of accounting for financial instruments.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business management or related field.
  • Master's degree or advanced certifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are a plus.
  • Experience coaching teams, defining and tracking KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
  • Self motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness in service provision.

Travel Requirements

Must be willing to travel 100% of the time within KSA, including frequent overnight stays.
