Finance Officer (Night Shift)

We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused Finance Officer to join our team at Level3 BOS. In this position, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, analyzing key data, and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and maintains the highest standards of financial accuracy, compliance, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and provide actionable recommendations to support management decisions.
• Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability and long-term operational health.
• Create and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and performance evaluation.
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, processes, and reporting standards.
• Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Solid grasp of financial terminology, concepts, and industry practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
