Finance Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Finance Associate with 1
years of experience and experience working with international clients to join our team in Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of day-to-day payments and transactions.

• Maintaining compliance with internal and client financial policies and procedures.

• Consistently performing all day-to-day financial transactions, including reliably and accurately verifying, sorting, calculating, posting and recording the department’s data.

• Ensure accuracy of Accounts Receivable, payable and cash ledgers through accurate and timely postings.

• Ability to process and scrutinize data to verify any discrepancies within the system.

• Timely follow-up of receivables due and contacting clients to facilitate payment of invoices not yet paid.

• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Any task assigned by management.

Requirements:

• ACCA Qualified / Part Qualified

• Experience working with international clients preferably BPO

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Understanding of ERP software such as SAP Business ByDesign, S/4 HANA or similar

• Flexibility to work on multiple tasks, systems or clients through the day.

• Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus
