Job Summary

The Financial Director will lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and fundraising initiatives. This role combines leadership in finance, investment, and strategic planning to ensure scalability, profitability, and sustainable expansion in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Strategy

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, audits, and compliance with legal and tax frameworks.
  • Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to track unit economics and property-level performance.
  • Implement internal controls, cost optimization, and profitability improvement strategies.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Support fundraising activities, deal structuring, and investor communications.

Leadership & Business Growth

  • Build, mentor, and lead the finance team to achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Partner with the executive team to define growth strategies, market expansion, and investment priorities.
  • Represent the company in investor meetings and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide insights to guide executive decision-making and long-term planning.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in finance, strategy, or investment.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or high-growth startups preferred.
  • Proven record in fundraising, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
  • Investor relations and startup experience are strong advantages.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
  • High attention to detail and strong business acumen.
  • Expertise in FP&A, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of property and asset-level economics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools, and ERP/accounting software.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Capability to build scalable financial systems and drive cross-functional collaboration.
