Job Title: Fire Fighting Technician (Fit-Out and Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Fighting Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire protection systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, modification, and relocation of fire-fighting systems (sprinklers, extinguishers, hose reels, fire alarm integration) specifically for fit-out projects.
• Read, interpret, and implement approved fit-out drawings and MEP coordination layouts.
• Conduct pressure tests, flow tests, and system commissioning for completed fit-out areas.
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and other trades
• Ensure all fire-fighting installations comply with local Civil Defense regulations and NFPA standards.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance in fit-out project areas.
• Identify and troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain documentation of all installations and tests.
• Support handover activities, including attending inspections with consultants and authorities.
