Job Title: Fire Protection Sales and Service Representative

Location: Oman
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Sales Manager/Service Manager

Job Summary:

The Fire Protection Sales and Service Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining client relationships, and delivering exceptional service for fire protection systems and equipment. This role combines technical knowledge, customer interaction, and sales expertise to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for fire protection products and services.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and client referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Service Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and oversee maintenance and inspection services for fire protection systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and other equipment.
  • Ensure timely and quality service delivery to meet client needs.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and support.
  • Educate clients about fire safety regulations, compliance requirements, and system updates.

4. Compliance and Safety:

  • Stay updated on Omani fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Ensure all sales and service activities comply with local laws and industry best practices.
  • Promote the importance of fire protection to clients and stakeholders.

5. Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Prepare regular sales and service performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure availability of required equipment and materials.

Key Requirements:Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in fire protection systems or safety is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in fire protection sales, service, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding of fire protection systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Omani fire safety laws and industry standards.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Oman.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RO500.000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
