fit-out & interior contracts administrator

We are seeking a detailed – Oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team in the FIT - OUT and interior contracting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and subcontract agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.
  • Monitor contract performance, obligations, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to resolve contractual issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contractual documentation and correspondence.
  • Assist in claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry specialized in fit-out/interior contracting companies.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.
