About The Job

• Plan and schedule daily trips for staff/labour transport based on project and client requirements.
• Monitor vehicle condition and cleanliness; report defects or maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate regular vehicle servicing, inspection, and repairs.
• Prepare daily reports on fleet usage, manpower movement, and operational issues.
• Escalate any transport delays, breakdowns, or driver issues immediately.
• Ensure all vehicles have valid registration, insurance, and necessary permits (e.g., RTA / Municipality / Police).
• Assign drivers and vehicles for routes, ensuring efficient and timely pick-up and drop-off.
• Communicate daily schedules, route changes, or delays to site coordinators and drivers.
• Maintain an updated trip log and ensure all movements are accurately recorded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
