We are seeking a highly creative Floral Designer to join our event styling team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about floral art and has the talent to craft unique, elegant, and trend-forward floral arrangements for luxury events, weddings, and special occasions.

This is not a regular florist role — we’re looking for someone with a designer’s eye and a stylist’s touch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute bespoke floral arrangements tailored to each event’s theme and mood.
• Collaborate with event planners, decorators, and clients to develop floral concepts.
• Create floral mock-ups and mood boards during the planning phase.
• Oversee flower selection, handling, and styling during event setup.
• Ensure every arrangement reflects the company’s aesthetic and quality standards.
• Stay updated with floral and event styling trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in floral design for weddings, corporate events, or luxury occasions (portfolio required).
• Deep knowledge of flower types, colors, and seasonality.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet event deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on-site during events (evenings/weekends if required).
