FM Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Facility Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the planning, execution and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across diverse projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing MEP works for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and material submittals for compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Support project managers in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Provide on-site supervision and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering and project execution.
• Strong understanding of MEP design, installation and commissioning processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• UAE Driving License required.
• Must be available in UAE for immediate interview and joining.
