Position Overview
Atlantis The Palm is seeking a passionate and energetic Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team at Wavehouse a vibrant dining, entertainment, and leisure destination that blends casual dining, bowling, arcade games, and live music. In this role, you will assist the service team in providing world-class hospitality to guests, ensuring efficient service delivery, cleanliness, and an unforgettable dining experience in one of Dubai s most exciting family venues.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the waiters and service team in providing seamless, high-quality service to guests.
* Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the highest grooming and hygiene standards.
* Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring orders are accurate and presented as per resort standards.
* Support table setup, cleaning, and reset between guest turnovers.
* Maintain full knowledge of the restaurant s menu, daily specials, and promotions.
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in all service areas.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
* Handle guest requests courteously, proactively, and efficiently.

Ideal Profile

* 1 2 years of experience in a food and beverage or hospitality service role, preferably in a luxury or high-volume setting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
* Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
* Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
* Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
