Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field

(MBA preferred)

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar operations role in hospitality, F&B, or retail

• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and operations tracking software

• Ability to manage multiple locations and cross-functional teams
