The Quality Control (QC) Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating materials, products, and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role helps maintain product consistency, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement across the production cycle.

  • Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products according to established procedures.
  • Identify defects or deviations from specifications and report findings to supervisors or relevant departments.
  • Use measuring tools, testing equipment, and software to validate product quality (e.g., calipers, microscopes, gauges, analytical instruments).
  • Support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain clean and safe working environments in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and traceability of materials and products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO300.000 - RO500.000 per month
