Food & Beverage Supervisor - Melbourne

Reporting to managers on site, you will be responsible for overseeing service standards conducted by staff and leading by example. You must have a hands on approach that will help, support and develop a team who thrive in a high pressure environment.

What you do:

• Supervise Food and Beverage staff across multiple venues
• Assist in inventory levels and stock control
• Cash handling
• Monitoring staff's customer service standards and ensuring that 5-star service is maintained
• Oversee staff and assess competency throughout shifts

What we need from you:

• Leadership qualities to motivate and mentor staff
• Demonstrated previous experience in a similar role
• Understanding the Hospitality Industry
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional grooming standards
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
