Summary:

Responsible for creating, processing, and verifying Corporate and Interbank FX/MM payments and settlements using Transaction Processing Systems and Broadridge applications. Supports issue resolution with traders, counterparts, and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate transaction flow.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. General Responsibilities

  • Process and approve all Corporate/Interbank FX and Money Market trades Transaction Processing Systems in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and verify manual payments (Fed, CHIPS, SWIFT) when needed.
  • Enter payments into Broadridge Metro PACS.
  • Review critical control reports related to manual settlements or processing.
  • Perform end-of-day (EOD) reconciliations.
  • Update records in Broadridge Metro FUNDING.
  • Send and confirm FX/MM transactions via email, SWIFT, and third-party platforms.
  • Coordinate with the Documentation/Confirmation team to stop payments for any MT-392 issuance.
  • Monitor USD Fed/CHIPS reconciliations.
  • Act as liaison with Front Office and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Reconcile brokerage bills and payments.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems.
  • Assist colleagues with daily operational tasks.
  • Participate in cross-training across all FX/MM transaction processing and settlement functions.
  • Support special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.

2. Exception Responsibilities

  • Complete ad hoc assignments as requested by the Unit/Section Head.

3. Compliance Responsibilities

  • Develop a basic understanding of relevant banking regulations.
  • Direct all compliance-related questions to the Americas Legal and Compliance Division.
  • Attend required annual compliance training.
  • Review and respond to compliance directives and materials.
  • Adhere to the Bank’s Code of Conduct.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Money Market or Forex Operations (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with Corporate Clients, Account Officers, Traders, and team members.


*** Pay Rate- $40-$42/hour
