- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed correctly and on time.
- Develop daily work schedules and allocate resources to meet project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Act as a liaison between workers, project managers, architects, and engineers to report on progress and address issues.
- Coordinate equipment rentals and material deliveries.
- Quickly address and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.
