Role Overview

We are seeking an FP&A Manager (Individual Contributor) to play a strategic, analytical, and hands on role in driving financial visibility, performance insights, and business planning.

This role will own the financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting while partnering closely with the executive and operations teams to translate data into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long term planning processes across all business units and markets.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic decision making.
  • Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly performance analyses highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with business leaders in Sales, Operations, and Commercial to improve cost efficiency, ROI, and margin performance.
  • Prepare board level presentations, variance reports, and scenario analyses to drive accountability and financial discipline.
  • Support the implementation of FP&A automation and reporting tools to streamline data consolidation and improve visibility.
  • Ensure alignment between financial plans and strategic goals, providing early warning signals for deviations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CMA, CFA, or equivalent certification is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting, preferably within FMCG, retail, or multi country operations.
  • Proven ability to build complex financial models and extract insights from large data sets.
  • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial planning software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence non financial stakeholders.
  • Hands on, self driven, and able to work effectively in a fast paced, high performance culture.
