Franchise Hotel - Front Office

Greet all guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival at the lobby or jetty.

Escort guests during boat transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.

Provide refreshments, towels, and information about the resort during arrival and departure experiences.

Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes in coordination with Front Office.

Handle guest inquiries promptly and ensure all special requests are communicated to relevant departments.

Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and jetty to assist guests at all times.

Coordinate with the boat captain and transportation team for smooth arrivals and departures.

Ensure guest luggage is properly handled and transferred.

Maintain safety standards during all boat transfers and ensure guests are briefed about safety procedures.

Liaise with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to ensure guest expectations are met.

Keep updated on daily arrival and departure schedules.

Report any guest feedback, incidents, or service gaps to the Guest Experience Manager.

Maintain high grooming standards and a polished appearance at all times.

Ensure the lobby and jetty area remain tidy, welcoming, and presentable.

Uphold the brand image and service culture of the resort.
