Lead end-to-end franchise performance management across assigned markets.

Plan and execute structured brand audits; track corrective actions to closure.

Maintain franchise SOP compliance; update and cascade changes as needed.

Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly reports with KPIs, variance analysis, and clear recommendations.

Administer and leverage Oracle and Seven Rooms systems.

Partner with Operations, Culinary, and Training to close gaps found in audits.

Support new openings and transitions with checklists, readiness reviews, and post-launch QA.

Build relationships with franchisees; provide coaching and performance follow-ups.

4 6 years in franchise operations or multi-site brand management within hospitality or F&B.

Proven audit experience and report writing at head-office level.

Advanced administrative discipline; expert use of Excel and business writing.

Hands-on experience with Oracle and Seven Rooms.

Strong data literacy: KPI frameworks, dashboards, and root-cause analysis.

High attention to detail, deadline-driven, and comfortable influencing stakeholders.

Bachelor s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar preferred.

Fluent English.
