Content Creator Wanted – Join RPG Real Estate Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE
Duration: Short-term project - 4-6 weeks (with potential for ongoing work)
Salary: AED 5,000–7,000/month (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a creative and social-media-savvy content creator to join RPG Real Estate during our expansion into the Dubai market.

If you know how to shoot, edit, and create bold, energetic content that stands out online – and you're already in Dubai – this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Follow and film Auz Rana (Founder of RPG) across Dubai during meetings, property visits, and city explorations
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, street interviews, property showcases, lifestyle snippets, and more
• Create short-form video content daily (Instagram Reels, TikToks)
• Edit and deliver quick-turnaround content that fits our Gen Z-friendly, confident brand tone
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute viral content ideas

What We’re Looking For:

• Already based in Dubai and legally eligible to work (Freelancer Visa, Visit Visa with freelance license, or Resident Visa)
• Skilled with a camera or smartphone and editing apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
• Experience with TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats
• Flexible availability for shoots across different locations
