This role centers on developing and executing a tailored PR and media outreach strategy to increase brand visibility, secure event invitations, and foster relationships with key media and influencers in the luxury lifestyle and F&B industries. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for exposure, managing ongoing communications, and supporting branded activations and bespoke hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced, hybrid work environment and demonstrate a deep understanding of Dubai's luxury market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and media outreach strategy for the luxury F&B and events sector
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers relevant to Dubai's luxury and hospitality industries
• Secure media coverage, event invitations, and brand features in high profile publications and platforms
• Manage and update media lists, ensuring accurate and up to date contact information
• Draft press releases, pitches, and communication materials tailored to the luxury market
• Support branded activations and event styling projects with effective PR initiatives
• Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and brand positioning
• Attend select events and activations in Dubai as required

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in PR, communications, or media outreach within the UAE, preferably in luxury lifestyle, F&B, or hospitality sectors
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's luxury market and media landscape
• Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain media and influencer relationships
• Experience with event PR, branded activations, and influencer marketing is highly valued
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement, including on site presence in Dubai as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred
