We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in event management to assist in the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely service delivery. Oversee production schedules and quality control for all services provided.

Production Coordination: Work closely with production teams to ensure all technical aspects of events (AV, lighting, staging) are executed according to plan.

Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial plans.

Timeline Development: Create and maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to communicate project updates and gather feedback.

On-site Coordination: Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed as planned.

Post-event Evaluation: Assist in gathering feedback and conducting post-event evaluations to improve future events.
