Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Bilingual: English & Spanish)

Pay Rate: $15-18/ Hour

Position Summary
The Front Desk Executive will play a critical role in shaping the first impression of our firm. This role requires someone with at least 3 years of experience supporting fast-paced environments, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. You must be a self-starter, punctual, adaptable, and ready to support both clients and internal teams as needed.
Experience with AI tools and agents is highly preferred.
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
● Warmly greet clients with a professional, positive, and upbeat attitude
● Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk
● Communicate with clients fluently in both English and Spanish
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
● Prepare coffee and ensure refreshments are stocked for clients and staff
● Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and manage front desk communications
● Assist clients with check-in, documentation, and basic questions
● Provide administrative support to other departments when needed
● Use AI tools and automation systems to improve workflows and efficiency
● Demonstrate leadership qualities through initiative, problem-solving, and accountability
● Remain calm and effective under pressure in a high-volume environment
● Uphold the company’s image through professionalism and excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or front desk role
● Bilingual: Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
● Experience using AI tools, agents, or automation systems
● Highly punctual, reliable, and organized
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
● Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
● Strong initiative, leadership mindset, and willingness to “go the extra mile”
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in a tax, financial, or professional services office
● Experience supporting multiple departments or executives
● Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
