We’re looking for a Front Desk Manager who is professional, polished, and passionate about customer care — someone who can lead our front-of-house operations with warmth, confidence, and excellence.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for managing all client-facing interactions, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining a high-end salon atmosphere. This person will supervise the reception team, coordinate with stylists and managers, and ensure every client enjoys a flawless experience from entry to exit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure seamless client service.
• Greet and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and client flow efficiently.
• Supervise and train reception staff on salon standards and client handling.
• Maintain records, handle payments, and ensure accuracy in billing.
• Coordinate with stylists and floor managers to optimize scheduling and service delivery.
• Handle client concerns or special requests with discretion and maturity.
• Maintain the reception area’s appearance to reflect the salon’s premium image.
• Support marketing and promotional activities (loyalty programs, event invitations, etc.).
• Monitor customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement in client experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Front Desk Manager or Supervisor (preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment).
• Well-groomed, polished, and presentable appearance with refined communication style.
• Mature personality — confident, composed, and professional under pressure.
• Excellent command of English and Urdu (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in salon software / appointment systems (training can be provided).
• Friendly, approachable, and attentive to client needs.
• Strong sense of discretion, etiquette, and service excellence.
