Job Description and Details:
We're looking for a female receptionist plus Assistant HR .

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Maintain employee attendance.
  • Keep an update on CEO’s schedule if needed
  • Helping maintain workplace security by maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, printing, taking notes, making travel plans, or Dinners
  • Assist HR in daily task.
  • Preparing meetings and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments with managers
  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Monitor office supplies (grocery/ stationary) and place orders when necessary.

Requirement:

1 months to 2-year experience
Timings: 9 am to 6 pm
Gender: Female
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
