Job Description

Lavender Hotel Sharjah is looking for a Front Office Associate who is sharp, reliable, and experienced in UAE hospitality. If you don’t have night audit experience, this role is not for you. We need someone who can handle operations without babysitting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in/check-out efficiently
• Perform night audit duties accurately
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Maintain FO cash, folios, and billing accuracy
• Deliver professional, guest-focused service at all times
• Handle complaints calmly and effectively

Requirements

• Night audit experience is mandatory
• UAE hotel experience is a must
• Strong communication skills
• Good knowledge of PMS systems
• Professional grooming and attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
