Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Front Sales Executive with experience in the mobile app industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging clients, understanding their project requirements, presenting mobile app solutions, and driving conversions. Strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for technology are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in or inbound clients, providing detailed information about mobile app services.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Pitch mobile app solutions clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of mobile app development trends, technologies, and features.
• Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
• Update CRM with lead information, follow-up status, and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, software, or mobile app services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of mobile app concepts (iOS/Android basics, app features, development cycles).
• Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with mobile app development agencies or tech companies.
• Knowledge of UI/UX, app monetization models, and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
