Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift), Monday to Saturday

About the Role

Xpo9tial LLP is looking for a confident and target-driven Front Sales Executive with experience selling digital services such as E-commerce solutions, Amazon services, or Digital Marketing. The role involves working with international clients, nurturing relationships, understanding their business needs, and closing deals through professional communication via calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with inbound and outbound prospects to identify requirements
• Conduct outreach and follow-ups across email, chat, and voice channels
• Present tailored service offerings and successfully close sales deals
• Maintain accurate activity records and update CRM or lead systems
• Meet monthly KPIs related to engagement and conversions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven service-based sales experience (E-commerce / Digital Marketing preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience handling client communication through calls and chats
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building ability
• Experience with CRM or sales tools is an advantage

Qualification

• O’ Levels / A’ Levels preferred — candidates with strong English communication will also be considered
