Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads on the Bark platform.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and pitch services.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
  • Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery after sales.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years experience in sales, BPO, call center, or Bark/freelancing platforms.
  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Shift & Benefits:

  • Timing: 08:00 PM – 04:00 AM
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Gender: Male & Female
  • Pick & Drop: Provided for Females

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
