Fulfillment Officer (Cosmetics production factory)- Ras Al Khaimah

Job responsibilities:

Picking and packing products required to fulfill customer orders

 Safely packaging customer orders for shipment

 Double-checking shipment contents against orders to ensure accuracy

 Inspect products for damage, flaws, and irregularities

 Updating the inventory tracking system with order information

 Ensure the accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments

 Identify opportunities for process improvements

 Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure stock availability

 Implement and maintain efficient fulfilment processes and procedures

 Assist in the development and implementation of fulfilment strategies

 Ensure the safe and efficient operation of fulfilment facilities

 Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

 Receive orders from factory and arrange them in their relative shelves

 Prepare B2B orders

 Support other logistics and supply chain activities as needed

Requirements

 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment or a similar role

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Reading and interpreting written work orders

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel

 Ability to stand for long periods of time

 Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

 Attention to details

 Ability to lift heavy objects

 Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,750.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
