Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Principal Software Engineer to maintain and upgrade all existing software. The principal software engineer’s responsibilities include recommending adjustments to resolve software issues, improving the functionality of existing software, and ensuring that the design, application, and maintenance of software meets the quality standards of the company. You should also be able to mentor, guide, and train other engineers.

An understanding of the WordPress Web Development process, including development, and deployment (git, Nginx, etc) is mandatory along with proficiency of industry trends.

You must be optimistic for any kind of HTML/Front-End to debug issues related to WordPress Plugins and Customized Theme and provide solutions and a reliable resource.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Excellent Analytical, communication and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic.
• Solid Experience of Full Stack Development Lifecycle.
• Proven experience in high-level programming languages, like Java.
• Proven experience in software development methodologies.
• Proven experience building complex web systems.
• Hands on experience with Angular, React, Node.js, JavaScript , HTML 5, JSON,AJAX and XML
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. WordPress backend, Laravel, Codeigniter, Zend, CakePHP)
• The ability to multitask.
• Minimum 3 years experience in web development and good command over HTTP protocol and web architecture
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on with GitHub, Bit Bucket. Good understanding of DevOps

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing, coding, and debugging software.
• Improving the performance of existing software.
• Providing training to other engineers.
• Maintaining and upgrading existing software.
• Recommending new technologies that can help increase productivity.
• Supervising and overseeing the technical aspects of projects.
• Investigating software-related complaints and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal software performance.
• Regularly attending team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues
